Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

1. About this service

Clip Kenshi ("the app") is a personal, non-commercial desktop tool that edits short videos and, on the owner's request, uploads them to the owner's own TikTok account as drafts through the TikTok Content Posting API. The app is operated by its owner for their own use and is not offered to the public.

2. Your account and content

You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorised to manage, and upload only videos that you created or have the rights to publish. You are responsible for the content you upload and for following the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

3. How uploads work

The app uploads a video only when you press the upload button. It sends the file to your TikTok inbox as a draft. You then review the draft in the TikTok app and decide whether to publish it. The app does not publish on its own.

4. Disconnecting

You can disconnect your TikTok account in the app at any time, which deletes the stored tokens from your computer, and you can also remove the app's access in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and websites.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses arising from use of the app or from changes to the TikTok platform or its APIs.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
